Piston pump for ceramic barbotin

1196

Submerged piston pumps have been studied for supplying atomizers and for transporting ceramic slips and dense liquids.

Servitech needs the information below to prepare your budget.
If not provided now, our sales team will contact you later.

Features

The pump is made up of:
• 02 pistons, driven by two hydraulic cylinders;
• Suction and supply valves that can be easily disassembled for quick inspection or cleaning of the pump;
• 01 air accumulator;
• 01 control pressure gauge;
• 01 limiting valve that regulates the operating pressure;
• 01 safety valve.

The pistons are coated in synthesized alumina (this special coating guarantees durability and resistance to the high degree of fluid abrasion) and equipped with sealing gaskets made of special wear-resistant material with a low coefficient of friction.
