Designed to guarantee high efficiency in the filtration of viscous materials, this circular sieve is ideal for the preparation of enamels, engobes and other liquids that are difficult to pass. Its very high frequency vibration allows the use of ultra-fine meshes, with openings of up to 60 microns, ensuring precise and continuous separation.
The height-adjustable carriage facilitates the movement of the machine along the production lines, offering greater practicality and adaptability to different industrial layouts.
In the ceramic industry, it is used for screening glazes and engobes in various sections of the glaze line and in the glaze preparation and storage sections. Also useful for classifying the discharge of small enamel mills and microspheres.
Also used in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and paint sectors — ideal for filtering viscous liquids, emulsions, pastes and classification, ensuring high performance and quality in the process.
