Operation

The upper tank receives the contaminated water, allowing the waste to settle under the action of gravity. After separating the solid particles, the water is transferred to the second tank by dropping the level. This tank is connected to a hose that directs the water to the pump, allowing it to return to the process. This cycle also contributes to water cooling.
To prevent overflows, the system includes a safety float and a drain point for excess water.

In the ceramic industry, it is used in water application booths.
