Features

304 stainless steel tank with lids;
Motorized cast iron and rubberized pump group;
Plastic rotor designed to work at high temperatures and resist abrasion;
Absence of mechanical seals, which allows the pump to operate empty;
Electropneumatic valves in 304 stainless steel with sensor to load and unload the product;
Electro-pneumatic rubber valves to recycle the product and achieve an approximate density of 1700kg/dm³;
Weight control carried out by three load cells placed under the feet to guarantee precision;
Water supply consisting of nozzles to automatically wash the tank;
Complete electrical panel with inverter, PLC and touch screen for setting dosage parameters;
Optional: Support table with valves and load cell controlled by PLC and modified software for automatic management.
