Industrial blowers at Fispal 2025: Blowing and drying applications in the food and beverage industry

FISPAL Tecnologia, the largest fair in South America for the food and beverage sector, takes place between June 24th and 27th, at São Paulo Expo. And Servitech will be present at stand P090A with innovative solutions for automation and efficiency of industrial processes.

One of the highlights of our participation is the live demonstration of the GreenBlow® industrial blowers from FM Partec, ideal for blowing and drying applications for fruits, vegetables, bottles, cans and more.

What are GreenBlow® blowers?

A linha GreenBlow® foi projetada para replace compressed air in industrial applications, with a focus on energy efficiency, excellent cost-benefit and versatility of use.

The equipment uses compact, high-performance fans that can be configured with directional diffusers or high-precision air blades (made to measure with widths that can exceed 3 meters), depending on the needs of the production line. The system is fully modular, allowing easy adaptation to the factory layout.

What will be presented at FISPAL?

During the fair, we will present practical blowing and drying solutions that contribute to improving production performance and the final quality of products. Among them:
– Drying cans and bottles – facilitates the application of labels or markings and prevents the material from oxidizing.
– Blowing and drying fruits and vegetables – improves conservation and classification of products.
– Hydraulic blower for agriculture – can be attached to the tractor for efficient distribution of seeds and fertilizers.

Efficiency and sustainability

GreenBlow® blowers can also be equipped with the Pull’n’Catch system, which vacuums dust and other residues. All of this with a low noise level, high performance and with the advantage of replacing systems based on compressed air — resulting in reduced electrical consumption and CO₂ emissions.

Other successful applications:
– Jars: glass products such as pickles and jellies.
– Cardboard boxes: milk, cream and juices.
– Heat-shrinkable packaging: interrupts the process to avoid excessive contraction.
– Products in tubes or bags: such as tomato paste, after pasteurization or sterilization.
– Barrels: total or localized drying, as in the marking area.
– Plastic boxes and trays: drying and cleaning waste such as soil, especially in seedling trays or beverage boxes.
