Servitech has advanced technology for palletized loads

The consolidated trajectory in the ceramic sector resulted in the expansion of Servitech's business, which sought international partnerships to offer the best solutions available on the market and to expand its operations to other segments.

One of the companies we represent is Innova Group, from Spain, which offers end-of-line packaging systems that provide greater protection for palletized loads and that aim at sustainability, reducing the use of consumables and optimizing results.

One of the solutions is the innovative sistema Stretch Hood, which offers total cargo protection for storage and transport, being resistant to water, dust and UV rays. It also brings agility, with a production capacity of up to 150 pallets/hour, and provides safety and stability to avoid displacements, falls or breakages during transport. Stretch Hood is aligned with sustainability, reducing CO2 emissions and up to 50% of energy consumption compared to other packaging systems, as it does not require burning and eliminates the use of gas. It has a model for large formats: ceramic pieces, sheets, blocks and various construction materials.

There is also the automatic wrapper, which adapts to different sizes and heights of pallets, and the speed of the packaging line reaching 100 pallets/hour. The system uses the exact amount of film that is needed through its stretch control. The application of a reinforcing cord guarantees greater load stability.

Another solution is to Cyclone semi-automatic wrapper which adapts to different sizes and heights of pallets, with the application of reinforcement and 100% use of electrical energy. The pre-stretch system promotes a reduction of up to 50% in plastic use – compared to other applications.

The portfolio also includes automatic strapping systems vertical e horizontal for better stability and compaction of the load, which can have an accessory for applying angles to protect the boxes.

A automatic strapping machine of boxes also makes up the list of available machinery. It offers maximum fixation, precision, speed, robustness and stability. The production capacity reaches up to five strappings per minute.
