PULL’n’CATCH® – A new blowing, suction and air filtration system

This new system PULL’n’CATCH® includes all the components that guarantee the suction and filtration of air in production lines, with precision and accuracy.

Furthermore, thanks to the use of high quality filters and predictive maintenance systems that signal the need for filter replacement, it guarantees high safety standards by avoiding the presence of Free Crystalline Silica, limiting the spread of carcinogens and viruses, ensuring a cleaner and safer working environment.

ADAPTABLE SYSTEM

Blowing, suction and filtration solutions suitable for different sectors (ceramics, glass, food, agriculture). A modular system with several components that can be easily assembled and used individually, even in existing systems, adapting to the customer's needs.

FUNCTIONALITY

(PUSH) The air flow is generated by low-energy centrifugal blowers equipped with motors of efficiency classes IE3 and IE4, together with an air blade.

(PULL) The hood consists of an intake manifold made of plastic material to which 2 aluminum side profiles are combined, which can be supplied in customized lengths to adapt to any line.

(CATCH) The cyclone removes most of the dust drawn into the hood from the incoming air flow and can be configured with an integrated tank and an outlet pipe that can be connected to a centralized tank.
