The idea of ​​ENAMEL LINE 4.0 is to create a structure that allows you to understand the exact production trend and what needs to be implemented, as well as increase productivity based on DATA.

STRETCH HOOD TECHNOLOGY

It will be represented by Servitech, the Innova Group, which are manufacturers of packaging systems for the end of production lines. They are leaders in Spain in the Stretch Hood packaging system, and specialists in other packaging, strapping and transport systems.

QUALITY CONTROL

DENSIMETER 3-20

Determining the apparent density of ceramic pieces is one of the important processes, as density is one of the properties that affect the behavior in different ceramic processing. Control over parameters that directly affect product quality has been increasingly sought after and intensified. The apparent density of ceramic pieces is one of the quality processes that make the final product achieve its best characteristics.

Given these points of view, a new method has been sought that allows the determination of the apparent density of ceramic specimens without the need for the use of mercury, but with similar precision, process safety and speed. That's why EURODITAN developed a mercury-free control system that works with the gas law and discovers density with the same precision and speed as the mercury principle, the DENSIMETER 3-20.

The 3-20 DENSIMETER was designed primarily for the laboratory, but can also be used in production lines to directly control the compaction of the ceramic product at the exit of the press.
