The GreenBlow® line will be present at FISPAL Tecnologia.
FISPAL Tecnologia, the technology fair for the food and beverage industry, will open its doors next week, at the São Paulo Expo Center (Brazil) from June 18th to 21st.
We will be present at stand Q115, to show some possible drying solutions built using components from the GreenBlow® Line.
What applications will be presented?
Two different drying solutions will be on display, with high-performance fans and low energy impact, complete with Smart Blow diffuser and air blades. Both solutions use all components of the GreenBlow® Line to show how easy it is to set up a drying system simply by choosing the right components from the line.

Drying with SMART BLOW:
Before the product labeling or marking phase, it is essential to effectively dry the container to ensure adequate storage of the product before sale.
The Smart Blow is a “custom-made” diffuser, as it must follow the shape of the container to be dried as precisely as possible, drying all sides of the container simultaneously.
With this diffuser you can dry:
- Bottles and all bottled products (beer, wine, fruit juices, liqueurs, but also tomato sauce and others), with a completely Visual Blue line of components (video application)
- Cans: drinks, canned products (beans, vegetables, etc.) (video application)
- Jars: jams, pickles and all glass products
- Cardboard boxes: cardboard boxes like milk or fruit juices (video application)

Drying with AIR BLADE:
The air blades are available in different versions (with side and central entry) and can be custom-made up to a width of more than 3 meters. With this product you can dry:
- Drying fruits and vegetables: with the air blade it is possible to cover the entire width of the conveyor belt, drying fruits and vegetables in transit (video application), both at the top and, eventually, at the bottom.
- Beverage packaging: in the packaging process with heat-shrinkable film (e.g. drinks, but also vacuum sausages) it is possible to interrupt the hot process to avoid excessive shrinkage of the packaging (video application).
- Drying products in tubes or bags: after the pasteurization or sterilization phase, it is possible to simply dry products in tubes (such as tomato paste or others) or products in bags (such as tuna, legumes or other foods) (video application).
- Barrels: (e.g. beer kegs) the air sheet can cover the entire surface of the container or concentrate on a specific part, e.g. to dry the marking area.
- Drying plastic trays or boxes: beverage boxes, food trays or even germinating seedlings can be easily cleaned of dirty material (e.g. soil, with our vacuum) and then dried after cleaning (video application).
- The suction part (dust, debris or others) is also available, through the application of suction and cyclone hoods, which are part of the Pull’n’Catch system (usable both independently and connected to the existing suction system).
