Expo Revestir 2023: innovation and optimization of results is with Servitech

Our presence is confirmed at Expo Revestir 2023, which takes place between March 14th and 17th, in São Paulo, at São Paulo Expo, stand B131.

High performance with Industry 4.0

Among the connectivity solutions that will be presented at the fair is the concept of Industry 4.0 that offers total control operation remotely and in real time, enabling greater productivity, cost reduction and optimization of results.

This data acquisition system model is fundamental in the production line, as it provides a complete view of the past, present and a perspective of the future.

The proposal is to create a structure that allows understanding the exact production trend and what needs to be implemented for increasingly faster, safer and more effective processes.

Pallet Wrapping System

Servitech will also represent Grupo Innova, a manufacturer of packaging systems for the end of production lines, leader in Spain in the Stretch Hood packaging system and specialist in other packaging, strapping and transport systems.

With connectivity and full integration of production lines, an automated packaging project was developed that fully integrates the existing line and systems with a fluid connection between production, intelligent warehouse and shipments.

Stretch Hood performs cold hooding that adapts to the dimensions of the load. This innovative pallet packaging line provides savings on consumables, faster wrapping speed, total cargo protection, transport safety and a superior quality finish, which contributes added value to your palletized product.

Mercury-free quality control

Determining apparent density is fundamental, as it is one of the most important properties of ceramic pieces, directly affecting the behavior of the piece at different stages of the production process. Therefore, there is a growing search for controlling the parameters that affect product quality.

Faced with this problem, aiming to offer a qualified method that provides a safer environment for professionals working in quality control, Euroditan developed a control system without the use of mercury that works with the gas law and determines density with the same precision and speed as the principle with mercury: Hydrometer 3-20.

The equipment was designed mainly for the laboratory, but can also be used in production lines to directly control the compaction of the ceramic product at the exit of the press.

Industrial dust control

Dust control measures are extremely important in industrial processes. One of the solutions we will present at Expo Revestir 2023 is the PULL’n’CATCH suction and air filtration system, from FM, capable of eliminating dust and processing residues.

Developed to limit the diffusion and inhalation of potentially carcinogenic substances such as PM2.5 and PM10, free crystalline silica, also favoring the elimination of bacteria and viruses.
